This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all returns, refunds, exchanges, and related requests for products purchased from Selova, a brand operated by Digitalien LLC ("Selova," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set forth below. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. We encourage you to review this Policy carefully before completing any purchase.

Because our products are consumable dietary supplements intended for personal consumption, certain limitations necessarily apply to returns and refunds in order to protect the health, safety, and well-being of all of our customers. These limitations are consistent with standard industry practice for products of this nature and are designed to ensure the integrity of every product we sell.

1. General Principles

All sales of Selova products are considered final except as expressly provided in this Policy. We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to evaluate each return or refund request on a case-by-case basis and to approve, deny, or otherwise resolve any such request in the manner we deem appropriate. Nothing in this Policy shall be construed as a guarantee of a refund, replacement, or exchange in any particular circumstance, and any accommodation we may extend in one instance shall not obligate us to extend the same or any similar accommodation in any other instance.

We strive to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we encourage you to contact our support team so that we may attempt to address your concerns in a reasonable manner. However, satisfaction with the results, effects, taste, texture, appearance, or any other subjective characteristic of a product does not, by itself, constitute grounds for a refund except as specifically set forth below.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Unopened Products Only)

We offer a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee on products that are returned to us unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed, and resalable condition. To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

  • The request must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days of the date the product was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, as determined by carrier tracking records;
  • The product must remain completely unopened, with all manufacturer seals, shrink-wrap, and tamper-evident features fully intact and undamaged;
  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was received, free from any signs of use, tampering, damage, or alteration;
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including any inserts, labels, and accompanying materials; and
  • The customer must obtain prior return authorization from us in accordance with Section 4 below.

Provided that all of the foregoing conditions are met and verified upon our inspection, Selova will issue a refund of the purchase price of the qualifying product. For eligible returns under this guarantee, Selova will bear the cost of return shipping. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a returned product satisfies the conditions of this guarantee.

3. Opened, Used, or Unsealed Products

For health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept returns of, or issue refunds for, any product that has been opened, used, partially consumed, or that has had its manufacturer seal, shrink-wrap, or tamper-evident features broken, removed, or compromised in any way. This limitation applies regardless of the reason for the return request, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, a change of mind, an adverse reaction, or any subjective assessment of the product's effects or characteristics.

This restriction exists because consumable health products cannot be restocked, resold, or otherwise reintroduced into commerce once their seal has been broken, and is intended to safeguard the health and safety of all of our customers. We appreciate your understanding that this limitation is a matter of consumer safety and is not subject to exception.

4. Return Authorization Procedure

No product may be returned to Selova without prior return authorization. To initiate a return request, you must contact our support team at support@tryselova.com and provide your order number, the name of the product or products you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and, if it qualifies under this Policy, provide you with return authorization and applicable instructions.

Products returned to us without prior authorization, or returned to an address other than the one we provide, may not be eligible for a refund and may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender at the customer's expense, all at our sole discretion. We strongly recommend retaining proof of shipment and tracking information for any returned product, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit to us.

5. Inspection and Determination

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refund eligibility, and the amount of any refund, is determined solely by Selova based upon the condition of the returned item as received and verified by our team. We reserve the right to deny a refund, in whole or in part, for any product that, in our reasonable judgment, does not satisfy the conditions of this Policy, including any product that arrives opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise outside of resalable condition.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. We do not issue refunds to alternative payment methods, accounts, or individuals. Please allow up to ten (10) business days following our receipt and inspection of the returned item for an approved refund to be processed on our end. The additional time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account is governed by your financial institution and/or payment processor and is outside of our control. Selova is not responsible for any delays attributable to banks, card issuers, or payment processors.

Refunds, where issued, are limited to the purchase price of the qualifying product and do not include any original shipping charges, handling fees, taxes (except as required by law), promotional discounts, or other amounts, except as expressly stated in this Policy or as required by applicable law.

7. Subscriptions

Products purchased through a subscription plan are subject to the cancellation and billing terms set forth in our Terms of Service. Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are non-refundable. You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancelling prior to your next billing date if you do not wish to receive and be charged for a future shipment. 8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is materially damaged, defective, or incorrect, we ask that you contact us at support@tryselova.com within a reasonable period following delivery, and in any event no later than thirty (30) days after delivery, with your order number and supporting details, which may include photographs. We will review each such report and, where we determine in our discretion that a product was materially damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, we will work with you to provide a reasonable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, as we deem appropriate under the circumstances. This Section does not apply to damage arising after delivery, including damage caused by improper storage, handling, or use.

9. Non-Returnable Circumstances

Without limiting any other provision of this Policy, the following are not eligible for return or refund: products that have been opened, used, or unsealed; products returned more than thirty (30) days after delivery; products returned without prior authorization; products not in resalable condition; products purchased through unauthorized resellers or third parties; subscription orders that have already shipped; and any product where the request is based solely on subjective dissatisfaction with results, taste, texture, or effects.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend, modify, update, or replace this Policy at any time and in our sole discretion, without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon posting of the revised Policy. Your continued purchase or use of our products following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. The version of this Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that particular transaction.
