This Shipping Policy ("Policy") describes the terms and conditions under which Selova, a brand operated by Digitalien LLC ("Selova," "we," "us," or "our"), processes, fulfills, and ships orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy, which should be read together with our Terms of Service and Return and Refund Policy, each incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to interpret and apply this Policy in our sole and reasonable discretion.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within the timeframe indicated at checkout or otherwise communicated to you. Order processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing may be delayed during periods of high order volume, promotional events, holidays, inventory fluctuations, payment verification, or for any other reason within or outside of our reasonable control. We reserve the right to delay, hold, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, where we identify potential errors, suspected fraud, payment irregularities, inventory constraints, or any other circumstance we deem appropriate, and we will not be liable for any such delay, hold, or cancellation.
Orders are typically processed and shipped on business days, excluding weekends and observed holidays. An order placed after our daily cutoff, on a weekend, or on a holiday will generally begin processing on the following business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
At this time, Selova ships exclusively to addresses located within the United States. We do not currently offer or provide international shipping. Orders that include a shipping address outside of the United States may be cancelled at our discretion. We reserve the right to change the geographic areas to which we ship at any time without notice.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once an order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery is generally between two (2) and nine (9) business days from the date of shipment. All delivery estimates are provided solely for your convenience and general planning purposes. Such estimates are not guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, and actual delivery times may vary, sometimes significantly.
Numerous factors that are outside of our reasonable control may affect actual delivery times, including but not limited to carrier handling and routing, carrier delays, weather conditions, natural events, regional or national emergencies, holidays, peak shipping seasons, logistical disruptions, labor actions, address verification issues, and other circumstances. We disclaim any and all liability for delays in delivery, and a delay in delivery shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or any other remedy except as may be required by applicable law.
4. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to completion of your order. Shipping charges may vary based on factors such as order value, promotional offers, and other criteria we may establish from time to time. We reserve the right to modify our shipping charges and methods at any time without notice. Except as expressly provided in our Return and Refund Policy, shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Address Accuracy and Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and current shipping address at the time of checkout. Selova is not responsible and shall not be liable for any order that is delayed, misdelivered, lost, returned, or otherwise affected as a result of an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by you. We are unable to guarantee changes to a shipping address once an order has been placed, and we may be unable to redirect, intercept, or modify an order after it has entered processing.
In the event that an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error or the customer's failure to receive or claim the shipment, any reshipment may be subject to additional shipping charges, which shall be the responsibility of the customer. We are under no obligation to reship or refund orders returned as undeliverable due to circumstances within the customer's control.
6. Risk of Loss and Title
Title to, and risk of loss for, all products purchased from us pass to the customer upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. From that point forward, the products are in the possession and control of the carrier, and Selova bears no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, delay, misdelivery, or damage occurring during transit. Any claims regarding loss or damage in transit are, as between you and the carrier, subject to the carrier's own policies and procedures.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
While we are not liable for loss, delay, or damage occurring after an order has been tendered to the carrier, we recognize that issues occasionally arise. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period following the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives materially damaged, we invite you to contact us at support@tryselova.com with your order number and relevant details, which may include photographs. We will, in our discretion and as a courtesy, make reasonable efforts to assist you in seeking a satisfactory resolution, which may include cooperating with the carrier, arranging a replacement, or providing other accommodation as we deem appropriate under the circumstances. Nothing in this Section creates any obligation or guarantee on our part, and any assistance provided is offered at our sole discretion.
8. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information may be provided to you following the shipment of your order. Tracking information is provided by the applicable carrier, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of such information. Discrepancies in tracking information are governed by the carrier's systems and policies and are outside of our control.
9. Carrier Selection
We reserve the right to select the carrier, shipping method, and packaging for all orders in our sole discretion. We may, at our option, divide an order into multiple shipments. We do not guarantee the use of any particular carrier or service level for any order.
